Within 10 mins are an excellent array of quality sea fronted restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches and the charming Naval Port of Simons Town. These luxury properties boast a beautiful swimming pool complementing the panoramic view over the valley viewed from the covered porch with BBQ where outside dining is possible all year. Clovelly is fully furnished including linen and bath towels and caters to families, and adult groups as well as those seeking peace and quite ideal for a relaxing holiday. Prices shown inc VAT at 14% Direct Transfer Payment: Euro zone clients can choose to pay in Euros/£ in accordance with the £ v euros exchange rate of the day therefore eliminating any unforeseen bank charges / commissions levied for electronic transfers by banks both ends. All payments are made into a UK bank account. April and October 2008 10 nights for the price of 8.

Changeover day
Minimum stay 4 nights. Linen & towels changed weekly. Arrival from 12.00 hrs and departure by 10.00 hrs. On request we can allow earlier arrival and extensions depending on previous departing clients.
We have a cot and high chair (at no extra cost).

Notes on accommodation
These purpose built luxury holiday homes provide quality linen & towels (changed weekly), superior quality beds, a mid week clean and garden/pool maintenance, along with many welcome touches implemented from our 14 years in the rental business. In close proximity (5 mins or less) for the convenience of our guests is a fully equipped gym with daily membership available, a 7 day a week internet cafe with wireless capability and fax collection, the option of a daily maid and laundry service plus outstanding 'take away' restaurants inc Indian, Chinese, Italian and excellent seafood.

Outside
The covered sheltered deck is ideal for observing the last rays of the sun unique to Clovelly's orientation. Incorporating a barbecue, soft lighting and stunning views to complement this ideal "al fresco" dining experience. The swimming pool is located below the deck enabling parents to relax whilst observing any younger family members in the pool. There are outside chairs & sun-loungers provided. Private parking per property consists of a double remote access garage and designated visitor parking. There is also a "breakfast" courtyard at the back of the property maximizing the early morning sun. Both properties posses an "armed response" alarm.

Golf
In the Cape Town region of South Africa you will find a variety of golf courses styles, from traditional seaside links, to classic parkland layouts. Cape Town has the oldest golf course in Africa; The Royal Cape Golf Club originally built in 1885 and conferred the Royal status in 1910 is a fine example of the courses around Cape Town that all have a backdrop of the magnificent Table Mountain. Clovelly is one of only 6 courses awarded a Gold states by the SAA Golf Directory with Steenberg Golf Club, Mowbray Golf Club, Rondebosch Golf Club, Royal Cape Golf Club & Westlake Golf Club all within 15 mins of Clovelly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: In order to provide a legal and professional service we have embarked on a system which shows where there can be a saving made if one chooses certain payment schemes available.
(1) All rates are inclusive 14% VAT
(2) A 30% non-refundable deposit is due on making the booking.
(3) A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, and the flights have been reserved.
(4)The full balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
(5) Guests are required to pay an inventory deposit of R2,000 per rental period, this shall be presented to the landlord on arrival and returned on the day of departure subject to there being no breakage's or damage.
(6) 5th person policy - An additional charge of 5% of the week’s total rate shall be made for a 5th person.

Booking notes
Clovelly Heights is a direct rental from the 'capetown-rentals partnership' a VAT registered company with the DTI with all guarantees provided. 2009 shall represent our 15th year of weekly rentals. We can assist with car rental, airport collection and return, all excursions, a baby sitter service (with reasonable notice) Yacht Charters, Scuba diving courses or dives for PADI divers, tennis, golf inc access to the exclusive Clovelly Country Club Golf Course (See further golf details).

Thank you both for your attention to detail with your lovely rental home. The location is ideal for either making the most of all Cape Towns attractions or just enjoying the setting and unwinding. Compared to our previous accommodation in Hout Bay it was not only better designed and equipped, but a joy to not feel the necessity to have bars and security measures that we found rather oppressive. Clovelly's relaxed atmosphere doesn't for one minute make one feel compromised, just pleased that such a place is available to people who are not only interest in golf. Garry: Pretoria SA. Great stay. We looked at the development in 2004 and now wished we had had to sense to invest, especially as there are only 4 houses. At least we can now come and stay, when you have a vacancy, so I am not completely in the dog house! The kids loved surf school and my wife the Olympia cafe – stunning.
