Mountain Reach House is situated in a quiet avenue, surrounded on three sides by stunning mountains. Just four minutes drive or twenty minutes walk, through Hout Bay Village to the beach. The large swimming pool is situated on a very spacious patio, with a barbeque surrounded by beautiful vegetation such as lemon and jacaranda trees. The house also has a large gated front garden. Just 25 minute drive from Cape Town International Airport and 20 minutes south of Cape Town City Centre.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen is fully equipped with granite top work surfaces, with oven, microwave and fridge. |
| Living Rooms: | Very large family room with traditional fireplace, with two 4-seater sofas. Dining room, granite table with kudu leather chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels provided for one weekly changeover, any additional requirements could be catered for on request at minimal laundry cost. A cleaner can be provided if required. Basic refreshments and toiletries will be provided upon arrival. |
