Set in beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Nelspruit, the house is situated 500 metres from the clubhouse backing onto the 13th green. The course itself is an old established course famous for the annual Jock of the Bushveld tournament. Very cheap green fees, caddies and many other quality courses in the area. The house has 480m2 of living space sleeping 8 comfortably in 2 large double and 2 twin bedrooms. A 5th bedroom is available with bunk beds but does not have direct access to a bathroom. Open plan living area includes open fire. The lounge area opens onto an extensive covered terrace which is comfortably furnished with patio furniture and a patio heater for the cooler months plus a built in BBQ. A small swimming pool is linked to the terrace. Additional jacuzzi independently housed outside. The house is within a secure estate which includes 24 hour security guards. Not suitable for children below 12 years of age.

All bedrooms and living areas have silent fans. Bedroom 1 has air-conditioning owing to its sunny aspect. Heaters available for rare occasions they may be required during winter months. Property not suitable for children under 12. Downstairs only suitable for wheelchairs. Patios require care because of steps down to garden.
