Coast/Beach
The beach, shops and restaurants are within a few mins walk of the estate and the nearby suburbs of Blouberg and Tableview offer a further choice of beaches, modern shops and bars.
Golf
The property is situated on the exclusive Atlantic Beach Golf Estate which is an easy 20 mins drive along west coast from the heart of Cape Town. The beautiful 18 hole championship golf course is set in tranquil surroundings with roaming springbok. In addition to the course itself there is a leisure centre, pool, tennis courts, beauty salon and several play areas for children.
Travel
Cape Town International Airport is 30 mins. Car hire advisable. Many to choose from at Cape Town Airport.
