Accessibility
The house is accessed down steps both outside and from inside the garage.
Outside
Private L shaped pool, maintained weekly. Small secluded garden beautifully planted with local shrubs and perennials, with leisure furniture. Patio furniture on pool terrace, courtyard with barbecue and veranda. Double garage with remote control door.
Coast/Beach
Beaches at the Strand and Gordon’s bay are less than 20 minutes away. A little further afield there are delightful beaches around the Cape Peninsula, and along False Bay towards Hermanus. In season this is a popular coast for whale watching where humpbacks and southern right whales can be seen easily form the shore. It also offers some absolutely stunning coastal scenery all within easy drive.
Golf
Pepperwood overlooks Heldervue Village golf course, and is ten minutes away from excellent courses at Erinvale Country Club Estate, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and Strand.
Travel
Cape Town International Airport is 20-30 minutes by car. We believe car hire is essential to make the most of all the locality has to offer.

Local shops 1km, shopping mall 3km, beach 5km, Stellenbosch 10km, Cape Town, Table Mountain and Waterfront shopping and dining 35 km.
Further details
Walking - the Helderberg Nature Reserve lies just behind Pepperwood and offers a variety of trails up and around the Helderberg mountain.
There is a small but well resourced local shopping centre within walking distance. Banks, foreign exchange facilities, a wide variety of shops and restaurants are available at the Somerset Mall. There are several first class restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive and more in Stellenbosch, just 15 minutes away.
The house is ideally situated to explore the Cape Winelands, with Stellenbosch, Franschoek and Paarl all within less than hour's drive.

50% deposit payable with booking, in sterling by cheque or direct to UK account, with balance payable no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Minimum 4 night booking period. Refunds on cancellation depend on notice given.
