The modern luxury, fully air-conditioned property has been designed in such a way as to either be THREE separate independent units, each unit having a sleeper sofa (Whale sleeps 6, Dolphin sleeps 4, Seal sleeps 2) or one very large house (Whale+Dolphin) with a separate apartment(Seal). Your first impression of the area is SPACE and LIGHT. Villa Gordons Bay is uniquely situated with the Steenbras Mountain as your back garden, and False Bay as your Pool. The area around the Villa is not built up, and the Mountain forms part of the Kogel Bay Biosphere. It is one of the VERY few South African properties where the sun is in front of the house. (Similar to south facing sea properties in the UK). Thus, the sun reflects off the sea and emphasizes the space and light in every Bedroom.

On the top 2 levels there is a large 3-bedroom house, 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite and one with bath and separate shower) - This we call our “Whale” Suite.
This 5 LEVEL self catering house can accommodate 2 – 16 people on 4 levels. The modern property has been designed in such a way as to either be THREE separate independent units, each unit having a sleeper sofa (Whale sleeps 8, Dolphin sleeps 6, Seal sleeps 4) or one very large home with a separate apartment. There is sound proof double doors that can be opened and closed depending on the size of the group. On the swimming pool level, there is a spacious 2-bedroom maisonette with 1 en-suite shower-room and a full bathroom for the swimming pool and second bedroom - This is our “Dolphin” Suite.

On the level above the garages; there is a self-contained apartment with a full bathroom, kitchen, dining and TV area - This is called our “Seal” Unit.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa is VERY Luxurious with Full Air conditioning, Power Showers, Emergency Water Tanks (water can be a problem in the summers) and a Private Pool.
There is Satellite TV, dishwashers, washing machines, and we can even arrange a Personal Chef and Airport Transfers should you wish !

Private Pool - For use for the whole Villa.
Outdoor Furniture is available for all the Units.
Shared barbeque facilities is available.
