Notes on prices
Prices are for the whole apartment (not per person) per night in UK Pounds.

Changeover day
Flexible arrival and departure time depending on other bookings. Airport transfers can be arranged for just 180 rand per journey (not per person).

| Bedrooms: | One double bed with a comfortable sofa bed (extra sheets, pillows and blankets are provided). |
| Bathrooms: | Modern bathroom with raised up bowl, wc, shower and bath. Mosaic tiles with a cool contemporary look. Check out the website for pics of the bathroom. Fresh white towels provided large mirror, shaving mirror and aromatic oils to burn while having a bath. |
| Kitchen: | Modern kitchen, with everything you will need from cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer and utensils. Check the website out for a pic of the kitchen. Tea, coffee are provided. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two bar stools. |
| Utility Room: | Iron and ironing board provided. Laundry service is available at extra cost. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with sofa bed, TV, hifi, DVD player with choice of CD's. |
| Other: | Small balcony overlooks part of table mountain but mostly the Victoria and Alfred waterfront and harbour. Excellent views also of the harbour and mountains in the distance. E-mail me for a picture of the waterfront from the balcony, You'll love it! |

Apartment is cleaned every four days. Towels and Egyptian cotton linen are all included. Daily maid service available at a small cost. |

There is a new, very comfortable sofa bed in the apartment, so it can sleep up to four people. The apartment is non smoking. There is an air-conditioning unit in the apartment.

Accessibility
The building has two lifts.
Outside
Greenpoint stadium, one of the homes for the 2010 World Cup is just a five minute walk away!! Apply now for the rates during this period. The apartment is set in lush tropical gardens.
Coast/Beach
Just a 10 minute drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Camps Bay is only 10 minutes away. The amazing boulders beach is just a 40 min drive also!!
Golf
Greenpoint golf course only five minutes drive away.
Skiing
For the more adventurous! There is cage shark diving which can be arranged for you.
Special interest holidays
South Africa famous wine regions are only 40 minute drive away. Camps bay, with its great beach and amazing restaurants are just 10 mins drive. We also provide private tours to the amazing Cape Winelands and the Cape Perninsula. Paul our apartment manager, is an expert in the cape town area. On the winelands tours he likes to take you to the wine farms that most tours and tourists don't know about yet.
Travel
Airport pick-ups can be arranged to take you straight to the apartment. There is a secure undercover parking should you wish to hire a car. We can provide transport for private tours of the Winelands, Cape Point, Boulders Beach and other areas of interest with Paul who is from Cape Town. As you are within easy walking distance to the waterfront, car hire is not essential. We can provide transport to restaurants or areas of interest if needed, much cheaper than local taxis (and more reliable).

Booking notes
E-mail us for easy ways of booking the apartment. It couldn't be easier! We normally require a non-refundable deposit into our UK or South African bank account, then the outstanding balance paid on arrival, in Rand. When deposit is paid, we work out the balance on that days exchange rate, then e-mail you to let you know balance in rand, Address of the apartment, contact details, and pick up arrangements if required.
