We have owned this apartment for many years and have had plenty of opportunities to enjoy its locale. As Cape Town 'expats', we know the area particularly well and count on many of the neighbours as our friends.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The access to the sea and the mountains, as well as the close proximity to the City were a big drawcard. The apartment is situated in the only area in Cape Town totally protected from the Southeaster, ie, the prevailing wind.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is on the top floor of the apartment complex, yet it is on the ground level entrance. This has the added benefit of having a garden, as well as stunning views.
It is also very well suited for disabled persons, since it is entirely open plan with with wide access and no internal doors. Access is via a paved entrance all on one level.
