Alegria is beautifully furnished and has 3 large bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and terraces. There are large patios at the front and back of the house with comfy chairs so that you can relax and watch the wildlife wander through the garden (Kudu, giraffe, zebra, warthog, wildebeest, impala, Genet cat, bush baby, etc). The cottage is ideal for families and has a splash pool to keep you cool. The house is a 4 hour drive from Johannesburg International Airport and is located between Komatipoort and Malalane. Only a 2 hour drive away is Maputo, Mozambique, where you can sit at beach front restaurants enjoying a glass of cold white wine and sampling the famous Lourenço Marques prawns. Swaziland is also well worth a visit, with stunning countryside and many tourist attractions. The cottage has 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms , air-conditioning and terraces. Downstairs there is a relaxing living area with a huge terrace to sit and relax.

| Living Rooms: | The downstairs living area has a comfy sofa, coffee table and a range of games and books to keep you amused during your stay. The upstairs loft has a sofa, 2 chairs, scatter cushions, table with 2 chairs, TV cabinet with TV, Satellite TV and DVD/Video. |
| Other: | One of the most delightful aspects of the cottage are the large patios at the front and the back. The front patio looks across the garden the thorn trees that the giraffe love to eat. The back patio has a Braai and splash pool and looks into the bush. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The cottage is equipped with all linens and towels. For rentals of more than one week, the linens and towels will be changed on a weekly basis. |

Outside
The cottage has large patios at the front and back. The front patio is equipped with comfortable wooden furniture (table and 6 chairs) and there are steps down to a super Boma area. The back patio opens onto the BBQ area and has a small splash pool to keep you cool. The Upstairs Loft opens onto a Terrace equipped with chairs, and is a good place to 'chill out' at night and watch the stars of the Great Kruger sky.
Golf
Good Golf Courses are available in Komatipoort (20 minute drive) and Malalane (25 minute drive).
Special interest holidays
The main attraction of this location is that the Cottage is a 15 minute drive to the Crocodile Bridge entrance to Kruger National Park. The Cottage is located in Marloth Park and the Kruger Park fence is just a 4 minute walk from the Cottage. You can enjoy sun downers at the fence which overlooks the Crocodile River. We have had many sun downers and have seen lion, elephant, buffalo, hyena, hippo and a range of bird-life. There are many other activities in the area (tiger fishing, horse riding, etc) and we work with an agent who can help you plan out your Holiday activities. For the shoppers out there, Nelspruit is about a 90 minute drive, with a big Mall full of wonderful shops, cinema and bowling.
Travel
The Cottage is about a 6 hour drive from Johannesburg International Airport and about a 90 minute drive from Kruger International Airport. A car is essential for this type of holiday.
Distances
Kruger National Park is a 15 minute drive. Komatipoort is the nearest town which is a 20 minute drive Malalane is about a 25 minute drive. Casterbridge Farm near White River is a super place for a day out, with the farm, karting and craft shops and restaurants. This as about a 90 minute drive. The Mozambique border is only a 30 minute drive from the Cottage. The famous beach front restaurants are a 90 minute drive from the border where you can sample delicious Mozambican Tiger Prawns.
Further details
Marloth Park has 2 shops which stock most of the items you will need during your holiday. There are also several good restaurant's and a large communal swimming pool. Inside the Park there is the Lionspruit Game Reserve which has lion, rhino buffalo and many other wildlife species.
