Bedroom 3 downstairs has 2 single beds.
The boathouse suite has a king bed, and open plan bathroom.
Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2 share a bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC.
Bathroom to bedroom 3 with shower, separate WC. Suite has own open plan bathroom.
Kitchen: Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer and is fully equipped.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge is modern and light, with white sofas, TV with DVD and sound system.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Towels and linen are provided, and 3 x weekly cleaning service. Personal laundry extra.

 

Notes on accommodation
Pool is not fenced in, but there are solid covers for permanent closing if kids do not swim (not ideal for small children for this reason). There are fans, as well as heaters and a fireplace. It does not need air conditioning, as the sea breeze keeps the house cool.

There is off street parking in our driveway and the house is 3 steps up from ground level.

There is a private heated pool on the deck. There are outdoor tables and chairs, as well as loungers. There are barbecue facilities. It is a stone's throw onto the beach for swimming in the rock pools, or walking on the beach.

Coast/Beach
The house is directly on the beach, a stones throw from he sea. There are rock pools, as well as long white sandy beaches.

Travel
Cape Town international is the closest airport, just over an hour's drive from there. From Cape Town centre it is 85km / 1 hour's drive. Car hire essential.

Distances
85km to Cape Town. 25km to Darling. 60km to Langebaan.

Further details
There are small local supermarkets for basic requirements. There are about 6 local restaurants. There is also a bottle store and toy/book/craft shops.
