Booking notes
To reserve the property, the client should complete, sign and date the booking form and return it with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (30% of the total rent due, subject to a minimum of £100). The balance of the rent together with the security deposit (see clause 5) is payable not less than two months before the start of the rental period. A security deposit of £150 for the rental period is required in case, for example, damage to the property or its contents.
