It is a 10 minutes drive to Clifton and Camps Bay beach. It will also be a 10 minute drive to the World Cup stadium at Greenpoint for the footy in 2010!

Take a walk around the fynbos at Kirstenbosch (especially in spring!). Dive with Great White sharks in Gansbaai, if you dare! You will be walking distance to all of Cape Town city's vibrant restaurant, bar, shopping and market facilities. The world famous Waterfront complex is walkable, or a 5 minute drive, and the famous beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are 10-15 mins drive away. Booking notes
To reserve the property, the client should complete, sign and date the booking form and return it with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (30% of the total rent due, subject to a minimum of £100). The balance of the rent together with the security deposit is payable not less than two months before the start of the rental period. A security deposit of £50 for the rental period is required in case of damage to the property or its contents or loss of key.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Adderley Terraces is one of the top three apartment developments in central Cape Town, it has a great feeling about it, was one of the original developments in the CBD, it is very sought after, one reason why the apartments are so expensive! It is very secure, very central, romantic and cosy, is very luxurious, has a wonderful pool (one of very few in the actual city) for lazy summer days, you can even get meals delivered from the next door hotel! I must have looked at 1000 apartments before buying this one, it was in a a league of it's own.
