Situated 4 floors below the coastal road the only sound you will hear is the sea. The apartment has an incomparable view of the mountain and sea. The generous living area opens onto a large patio which faces the sea. Braais (barbeques) are allowed on the patio making it an ideal place for sundowners. Entrance is through a locked gate giving excellent security. The block has private steps down to the beach. Clifton is near all the amenities of Cape Town, Sea Point, The Waterfront and Camps Bay.
