Notes on accommodation
Satellite TV is available in both the sitting room and master bedroom. Internet access is available. However, we require a deposit, payable locally, for the use of the 'dongle'. Vouchers can be purchased locally.
Accessibility
Small step to double front door. One queen bed guest room and bathroom on the ground floor. Once in the house the whole of the downstairs area is on one level, with a small step to the veranda area.
Outside
Private garden area and fenced off private swimming pool 8 x 6m. Built in BBQ area, full outdoor seating for 6 people. Separate outdoor wooden sofa and two chairs.
Coast/Beach
Leisure Isle beach is within 15 minutes drive. Brenton on Sea is within 15 minutes drive and is a 'proper' African beach!

Golf Course within 15 minutes drive: Simola.

George Airport: 65km (approx 36 miles)

10 minute drive to Central Knysna.

All within 10 minutes drive are several supermarkets, restaurants and water skiing, scuba diving, canoeing, beaches (15 minutes).
Booking notes
Full payment must be received a minimum of six weeks before departure. Deposit taken at time of booking. Security deposit also paid with final payment- fully refundable within 10 days of the expiration for the let less any breakages/damage costs.

About the owner
We live permanently in the UK but have a long family association with the Knysna area through Jo's Grandparents. After several visits to Knsyna during the late 90s to early 2000's we decided to take the plunge and purhcase a house we could keep for our own holidays and let out. One main reason we decided to purhcase was our 3 young children; we wanted a property that had everything one would need with small children but would also accommodate ourselves and Grandparents! A tall order but we are confident we achieved our goal.
