The property enjoys views along the 7 miles Noordhoek beach, is the perfect base from which to explore Cape Town, the winelands and Cape Peninsula. Many local attractions in the area. Both house and lodge are thatched with large, spacious rooms, access to large patios with spectacular views to the front and bougainvillea terrace to the rear, both fully furnished. There are 12 loungers around the heated pool.

Discounts available for bookings over one week. Pricing varies from rental to rental, time of year and how many people. Weekend only bookings have a premium. Excellent prices for Christmas and New Year. For weekly stays there is a twice weekly clean, linen and laundry change. Personal laundry available at your own convenience. Extra maid service on request.

| Other: | The house also has TV/bar area and a separate reading seating area. The Lodge has a dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen downstairs and upstairs a sofa tv area with spectacular views from the balcony. |

Towels and linen are included. Beach towels on request. There is maid service. Fresh towels and linen as per agreement. |
Notes on accommodation
Hairdryers in all bedrooms. The pool has childproof netting. A tennis court is planned for next season. Good security to garden and house.
PLEASE NOTE: Crofters is currently undergoing major up-grading which will be complete in August 2008.

Accessibility
Very suitable for wheelchair users, the two downstairs bedrooms in the main house have access via the french doors at the back of the lounge. The areas that wouldn't be accessible to wheelchair users would be the upstairs tv/bar area and reading area, upstairs deck area plus the lodge.

There are many patios to enjoy complete privacy. The main terrace of the house and balcony of the lodge has all the sea views.
Off-road parking for 6 cars.
A tennis court is planned for next season - not yet built.
Coast/Beach
Noordhoek beach is famous for it's 7 mile beach, perfect for horse riding. The car park is 3 minutes drive.
Fish Hoek beach is more suitable for swimming, only 10 minutes by car, on the Indian Ocean.
Travel
Cape Town and Cape Town airport are 35 minutes by car.
There are two ways to get to Noordhoek on the Atlantic Coast, either the scenic route along the coast or the quicker route behind Table Mountain.
Distances
Noordhoek village or the shopping Mall is 3 minutes by car. Local craft shops, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
Penguins at Boulders Beach are 15 minutes away, hiking trails through the Silvermine Nature Reserve, only 5 minutes away.
Surfing, sea kayaks, seasonal whale and dolphin watching.
