The main living area is open plan with the sleeping area with twin beds and living area divided by a beautiful screen. The separate shower room and kitchen are beautifully tiled and well equipped. There is a pretty garden to the front with bench and two chairs. The chairs can be easily taken to the golden sand Seaforth beach just 200 metres away. The apartment also has private parking with an electronic "zapper" to open the gate with your own designated and secure parking space.

Changeover day
The changeover day and arrival and departure times are flexible.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom leads off the sleeping area and is beautifully tiled. It has an excellent shower, wc, basin and heated towel rail and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Kitchen: | The stunning, modern, galley style kitchen is beautiufully tiled and high quality appliances include a full cooker, two-ring hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, excellent quality saucepans, white china dinner service and plenty of glasses,cutlery and utensils |
| Living Rooms: | The open plan living area is divided by a beautiful screen and the lounge/dining area has two very comfortable armchairs, a polished dining table with 4 dining chairs, a sideboard, bookshelf, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and a phone/fax machine. |

Lovely fluffy towels and all linen is provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed once a week. We can arrange this to be more frequent by request. We provide a complimentary welcome food pack including wine and fruit on arrival. |
Outside
There is a very pretty, small garden at the front of the apartment off the entrance path. It has a bench and chairs for sitting and eating out. There is a lovely sea view from a standing position across False Bay.
Coast/Beach
Seaforth beach is a beautiful golden sand beach just 200 metres away. There are often penguins found on this beach and they have been known to follow you up the road back to the apartment - a stunning sight! The highly recommended Seaforth restaurant and gift shop are next to the beach, serving fabulous food and drink inside and outside on the deck - perfect for "sundowners". Also the entrance to Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - a must see whilst in Cape Town - is just a 5 minute walk away.
Golf
There are stunning golf courses nearby, the nearest are Seaforth - just a few minutes up the road and Clovelly just a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
Cape Town airport is approximately 40 minutes drive away.
Distances
Seaforth is just a 15 minute walk from Simonstown - an historical naval town steeped in history. Simonstown has some fabulous restaurants, shops and galleries and a harbour where several boat trips can take you round the naval yard and out to seal island.
Further details
There is a shop just a couple of minutes walk away and a 10 -15 minute drive takes you to the town of Fishhoek or over to the Sun Valley shopping mall where there are larger supermarkets and shopping facilities.
Nearby Simonstown also has shops an off license and several very good restaurants. Seaforth is perfect for seeing the Boulders Beach penguin colony, for whale spotting between July and November and for visiyting the other mustr see attractions of the area including Cape Point, Noordhoek, the antique shops of Kalk Bay and is also close enough for day trips to the Paarl, Franschoek and Stellenbosch wine regions and just half an hours drive from the Kirstenbosch botanical gardens and Hout Bay, and you can visit Cape Town city centre and the waterfront easily by car or train in under an hour.

We take payment by cheque or bank transfer and ask for a deposit of 30% with the balance being due 8 weeks before travel.
