Cape Town is more fantastic than most places you have visited! Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in Upper Sea Point, slightly up the hill, with a sea view, and within walking distance from the sea front. We are just above the High Level Road, with a beautiful tree-covered hill ("Signal Hill") behind. We are also only a few minutes walk from Sea Point's main shopping/restaurant street (Main Street). The house has a total of 8 apartments, our apartment has 2 secluded and secure private parking spaces. It is only a few years old, and is nicely and neutrally decorated. Excellent security.

Lounge/dining area, spacious (400 square feet). Dining table for six people, TV, video, stereo, large corner sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, bookshelf.

 

Notes on accommodation
This spacious apartment (950 square feet) is fully equipped to a very good standard as a permanent home. It sleeps 4/6. Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, and anything else one would normally need is in place.

Outside
Terrace, tiled, 220 square feet (approx.) with table, 6 chairs and 1 sunbed. Private, secluded and secure parking space.

Coast/Beach
10 mins from Clifton's beautiful beaches, 15 mins from trendy Camps Bay with it's beautiful sea front, beaches and café's/restaurants. Large, newly refurbished communal outdoor swimming pool in Sea Point (beach front),

Golf
5 minutes by car (Green Point).

Travel
Cape Town Airport 25-30 mins. All main car rental companies have offices at the airport - Avis, Europcar, Alamo, National, Khaya, Imperial.

Further details
Our apartment is located 5 mins drive from Green Point (with a superb gym), 10 mins from Victoria & Albert Waterfront, and 1 hour from Cape Point/Cape Good Hope. Table Mountain is 20 mins away, Stellenbosch wine district 45 mins.

South Africa has their summer when we (in the northern hemisphere) have winter (November to March). Cape Town has a Mediterranean climate. We also have a beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment in same area for rent, with panoramic views over Sea Point and the sea.
