Car hire is essential either from the airport or locally.

15 minutes by car to the town of Lendava, thermal spa, castle, wine growing hills and speedway.

Turnisce is a large village offering a post office where you can exchange currency, fishing lake, chemist, pizzeria, bars, bank with cashpoint machine and a small supermarket. Thermal spas at Moravske Toplice and Lendava offering relaxation and recreation. Paradise for cyclists and walkers with terrain ranging from easy flatlands to demanding hills. Fishing available nearby, permits required.
