Notes on prices
Prices start from £625 per week with weekend and midweek breaks from £410.
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date
A fully refundable £150 security/good housekeeping fee is required.

Friday changeover day is preferable, albeit this is flexible.

The property is situated on the Loch side and has a private facility on the shoreside with grass area and shingle beach for use.

Numerous golf course in the area with nearest being Kenmore 3 miles. Taymouth Castle 18 hole is also only 3 miles away. Convenient access to Gleneagles, Blairgowrie (Rosemount and Lansdowne) and other fabulous courses in the Perthshire area.
Skiing
Aviemore skiing resort is within an hours drive.
How to get there
Edinburgh and Glasgow International airports are approx 90 minutes drive. The property is also a similar distance from both Inverness and Dundee airports.

Further Details
Kenmore has a local post office and shop with restaurants at Kenmore Hotel and the Courtyard at Mains of Taymouth. A local deli and gift shop is also located at this setting. Aberfeldy has numerous supermarkets and local shops and restaurants. The beautiful town of Pitlochry is only 16 miles away.
The conservation village of Fortingall with the 5000 year old yew tree is located only 2.5 miles away. Both the Loch and River Tay offer fishing and many water sports that are known throughout the world. Located in the Perhshire Highlands this property is a perfect setting for the lovers of the outdoor life.

About the Owner
We live in Edinburgh and purchased Creag Mhor in March 2011. We use it as our second home and like to spend as much time as possible up at Loch Tay with our friends and family. We only rent out on a limited basis. Gwen & Alan Day
