Many of the museums, galleries and attractions in Edinburgh city centre and the Royal Mile are also an easy stroll from the studio flat. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the building, away from the bustle of the main street. It is part of a gated community, with security entry. There is also free private parking, and all public transport is very close by. The Grassmarket is an area steeped in history, retaining its old town charm and character, and providing the visitor with an array of interesting places to visit.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week/per night in UK Pounds. 2 night minimum booking during September. One week minimum booking for Christmas/Hogmanay period. No minimum for July or remaining days in August. 10% reduction for late bookings (within 1 week). Arrivals and departures can be any day of the week. Long winter let available at £530 pcm.
Changeover day
Departure is by 11am, and arrivals after 3pm, unless by prior arrangement. Keys can be posted to visitors.

Booking notes

Super flat. Great location. Lovely quiet location yet in the heart of everything. Very comfortable and cosy. We had a super time in Edinburgh. We will recommend to others and will return.
