The prices quoted are for the apartment per week in UK pounds. The price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. Short Break Rates are available and discounts for stays of three weeks or more.

Changeover day
Weekly rentals normally run from Friday to Friday during the peak season. Flexible weeks and short breaks are available during the mid and low seasons.

Outside
Guests have access to the private grounds and there is also private parking available. There is also a exclusive garden area with garden furniture and gas BBQ available for guests personal use. There is a secure garden shed which is suitable for storing golf clubs.

Golf
There is a wide variety of interesting local golf courses which boast magnificent views Gleneagles is only ten miles away and has three championship courses. The Kings, Queens and the PGA Centenary Course created by Jack Niclaus and which is the chosen venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup. We would be delighted to make any bookings or arrange any golf packages to suit your requirements.

Travel
Crieff is approximately 50 miles east from Glasgow airport and 45 miles west of Edinburgh airport. The nearest railway station is at Gleneagles which is 9 miles from the town and the railway station in Perth is 17 miles from Crieff.

Distances
The apartment is within5 minutes walking of the town centre, 1 mile from one of Scotland's main visitor attractions - The Famous Grouse and is within walking distance of the Crieff Hydro Hotel which offers a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities.

We offer a personal service which includes fully tailored guest packages which can include airport collection, car hire, in-house dining, golf packages and well-being treatments as well as additional house-keeping facilities. We can also arrange for pre-prepared meals to be available on arrival and can provide organic continental and full breakfast packs using local produce. Booking notes
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cheque and credit card/debit card. A deposit of one half of the holiday rental due is payable if the booking is made more than six weeks prior to arrival. Non-payment of the balance due six weeks before the arrival date shall be construed as cancellation of the contract. Where a booking is confirmed less than six weeks prior to arrival payment must be made in full.
