The Lodge built of logs is approx 1300sqft of living area with a large lounge, comprehensively equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and full cooker plus all expected minor appliances. There is a dining area within the kitchen with pine table and chairs for 8 guests with rear garden views. The lounge has seating for 8 with one sofa converting to a double bed to make the unit sleep 8. The lounge has Colour TV, HiFi System, DVD player, video player, games and books. There are also two bathrooms one with a sauna and shower plus open access to the leisure deck. The bedrooms have either large builtin double wardrobes or free standing storage plus full dressing tables and bedside storage. There is private parking for 2 cars and additional space for leisure craft parking / storage. The unit is fully heated and double glazed.

Prices are for the property(s) per week in UK pounds. Two week period lets attract a 10% discount on the cost of the second or more weeks. Short Breaks are available 3 night min stay please ask for rates (any days of the week). All year round Short Breaks from £220. Group discounts available for Weddings, Conferences or Activity parties (ie Fishing, Golf etc) Please enquire with our group organiser Ms O Parker.

Changeover day
The Estate offers either Saturday or Sunday changeovers on weekly lets or any day for short breaks.

1 double bedroom with full dressing table with storage drawers. Double built in double wardrobe with shelving Loch View.
1 twin bedroom with two 3'6" single beds, double wardrobe, dressing table. Garden view.
1 bunk bedroom with double 3'6" x 6ft bunk beds double wardrobe storage unit and Loch View.

Skibo (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
A stunning Cedar semi detached lodge sitting in an elevated position overlooking the Loch with magnificent views.
The Lodge has a first floor large lounge with balcony affording 50 mile views of the Loch and the general surroundings.
The kitchen dining area leads off from the lounge and is comprehensively equipped with modern appliances plus table seating for 6.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor with master bedroom having a king sized bed with its own en-suite full bathroom plus the guest bedroom which can be configured either as a double queen sized bed or twin 3ft 6" singles.
There is also a large family bathroom with full bath power shower WC wash basin & Sauna for 6.
Large hall and wet area with front entrance. All the bedrooms have double glazed opening patio doors giving access to the outside patio and BBQ area.

Duart (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)
A semi detached one bedroom two bathroom
Lodge in an elevated position over looking the Loch.
The lodge has a first floor double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and Loch views. Dressing table, chest of drawers and huge double built in wardrobe.
The lounge is large with seating for 4 and panoramic views of the Loch.
Equipped with TV, DVD, Video, HiFi system and coffee table.
Dining area off of the lounge and adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full cooker, microwave etc.
Private parking.

Mull (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)
A stunning Lochside Suite sleeping 4 with first floor bedroom with Kingsized bed and en-suite Vilroy & Bosch bathroom with full bath, WC, wash basin in vanity unit Bamboo flooring and Loch View. Ground floor hallway with wet clothing area leading to Marble wet shower room with walkin shower, WC, wash basin - and leading again from the hallway a stunning lounge with full width double glazed patio doors opening onto Lochside patio with seating. The kitchen which is off the lounge has a breakfast bar full cooker, dishwasher, full fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and all other expected cooking utensils and cutlery/crockery.

Notes on accommodation
All units are centrally heated and double glazed and can be equipped with cots so are totally family friendly. Most units have direct dial telephones and a full room/lodge service for food & maid services are available from the Hotel. The Hotel offers great public areas with food available in the panoramic conservatory and Cruachan Room both with magnificent views of the Loch and surrounding countryside. Boats, bikes, windsurfers are available from the Hotel, plus fishing on this premier fishing location is free to guests.

Outside
The Estate has grounds & gardens of around 100 acres some formal and some natural areas but all carefully maintaining the natural look of the area. Beautiful flowerings in April & May plus the wonderful colours of Autumn. Swimming is available from our dock area in the Loch and the estate has nearly a mile of shoreline for guests to enjoy with extensive patio area with superb views in all directions.

Coast/Beach
The Estate sits on the side of Loch Awe with around a mile of beach area and direct access to the Loch. Within 30/40 mins there is access to the coastal beaches and seaside towns with Oban and its ferries only some 40 mins away.

Golf
There are three golf courses within 30 minutes of the Hotel offer great locations and peaceful golfing for a modest cost. Dalmally 9 hole Village Course with a back drop of Kilchurn Castle. Inverary 18 Hole Course set on the hills overlooking Loch Fynne with magnificent views. Taynuilt 9 Hole Course on the shore of Loch Etive again with magnificent Views. All the above some club facilities changing etc but are village courses and the daily green fee for 2007 was £14.

Skiing
The Estate is 40 min from Glen Coe Ski resort and 1 hr 30 mins from the Nevis range Ski resort.

Special interest holidays
The Estate offers specialist fishing holidays with guides available with boats so as to explore the total fishing experience of the 27 mile long fresh water loch. The is the premier fishing location in the west Highland and offers Salmon, Brown Trout (holds record at 31lb 12oz 2004) Rainbow Trout, Char Sea Trout, Huge Pike and a range of course fish. The Estate also offers bird watching with Golden Eagles, Ospreys, Buzzards and a multitude of other species. Walkers are aslo catered for with extensive walking over the surrounding countryside. Our Chefs also do various gormet evenings throughout the year where loch produce and traditional dishes are offered alongside a general introduction to our local brew 'Malt'.

Travel
Nearest airport is Glasgow international which is 72 mile (1hr 30 mins) where car hire is available and connections to both rail & bus services to the estate can be found.

Dalmally 9 miles. Inverary 12 miles. Loch Awe Village 9 miles. Oban 31 miles.

Further details
Inverary offers a selection of shops and great eating out with Inverary castle the seat of the Duke of Argyll (Campbells) at its centre.

Every where is revelation in terms of lifestyle discovery with a multitude of castles, restaurants, Wildlife Parks and much more all within easy driving distance of the estate.

All units are prebookable with a 25% deposit and balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. Special short breaks are available throughout the year and there are discounts for stays longer than a week please enquire of our reservation team. Also large parties can be catered for such as weddings & conferences please enquire again from the reservation about group rates.
