Portobello Beach is 20 mins bus ride and the port of Leith very much consider as an up-and-coming area of Edinburgh with restaurants, bars, cafes, and boat shows, jazz festivals, the shore shopping mall.
Golf
Golf courses are all close by and just a short drive away. The famous Dalmahoy and Country Club is a 25 mins drive away. Some of the most elite courses situated at Gullan, 35 mins drive on the coast road from centre of Edinburgh.
Skiing
The Pentland Hill's dry ski slopes are about 15 mins drive away.

Surrounded by theatres, galleries, museums, the portrait gallery, book stores, and great shopping.
Travel
Edinburgh International airport is 8 miles and 25 mins drive. Glasgow International airport is 40 miles and 1 hour 30 mins drive. Waverly rail station is 15 mins walk. Haymarket rail station is 2 mins walk. International bus station is 5 mins walk. Dalry Road links to the M8, for Airport and Glasgow City and all other major routes if exploring Scotland.
