Prices are based on 7 night stay, however we can accommodate a minimum of 3 nights, please enquire for details.
Changeover day
We ask guests to arrive from 3pm on the Check In date and depart at 10am on the Check Out date. Please contact us if these times are unsuitable.
| Bedrooms: | All the bedrooms are comfortably sized. Three have twin beds with the Zip and Link beds and the fourth bedroom has a comfortable 4ft double bed. There are built in wardrobes in each bedroom with plenty of storage. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom has recently been upgraded and is fitted with a three piece suite with electric shower over the bath. The ensuite has also been recently upgraded with a new shower and WC. Both the bathroom and ensuite have underfloor heating. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has been fully fitted with all the mod cons, including dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is a very comfortable room with a living flame gasfire & 42" Freeview TV. |
| Other: | The conservatory is an ideal place to sit and look across the golf course. You can often see deer first thing in the morning. There is also a dining are seating 6, however there are additional spare chairs. |

There is plenty of storage in the property, as well as in the garage, ideal for golf clubs etc.
Accessibility
There is accommodation on the ground floor that would be suitable for people who cannot access too many stairs. However there are three steps up to the front door as well as the back door.
Outside
The garden surrounds the property with a patio area at the back door, as well as a gate accessing the PGA course.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at St. Andrew's can be accessed within a 45 minutes drive.
Golf
House overlooks PGA Champoinship Centenary course with gate to access. Five minutes to Gleneagles King's and Queen's courses, as well as a further 10 minutes to the Auchterarder Golf course.
Travel
Edinburgh Airport is a 50 minutes drive, Glasgow Airport is a 1 hour's drive, and Prestwick Airport is a 1 hour and 20 minutes drive.
Distances
Auchterarder is situated 1.2 miles from the house, Gleneagles Hotel is situated within 1 mile and Perth is located within a 20 minutes drive.
Further details
There are a number of excellent local restaurants and cafes in Auchterarder, as well as the outstanding restaurants at Gleneagles hotel situated within 1 mile from the house. There is a Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland in Auchterarder and a Co-Operative providing groceries.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure. Payments can be made by Internet Banking. Balance is due 28 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is refunded only if the property is re-let for the period originally booked. In any event 10% of the total cost will be retained to cover administration costs.
