The apartment is located 200 yards from Haymarket Station, in the west end of the city. It is a 5 minute walk to Princes Street from here and there is also a bus stop at the entrance to the complex that has buses to most of the city. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has twin beds, through these can be made up as a super king if required (a baby cot is available on request). The main bathroom has a bath and over the bath shower. The lounge has a double sofa bed and is equipped for 6 to sit, it also has a dining table for 6. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave and washer/dryer. There is free parking in the complex. This 2 bed property has wheelchair access and is suitable for wheelchair use inside. I have a other properties available in central Edinburgh, including 2 lovely apartments on the Royal Mile in the heart of the Old Town.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. The property will be available for 4pm on the day of arrival and has to be vacated by 10am the day of departure. (These are flexible by prior arrangement).

Living Rooms: Equipped for seating 6 people there is also a dining table for 6 people. The largest sofa converts onto a double sofa bed. There is a large TV, Freeview box and video.

All towels and linen are included as is cleaning after occupancy. For occuapncy of more that 2 weeks linen will be changed and cleaners will visit by arrangement.

Accessibility
The apartment is designed for wheelchair users. There is a lowered pavement outside to allow access from the parking area and easy access into the apartment. The shower has a stool, the bath a seat and there is a support frame available for the toilet, both rooms have space for movement of a wheelchair, though there is a 20cm step into the shower. A hoist is available on request, this is best used in the main bedroom as the bed allowing maximum access.

15 mins drive.

Golf
Edinburgh and Scotland are famed for there golf courses, the nearest is 1 mile away. Turnberry, Gullane and St Andrews are all easily accessible.

Travel
Edinburgh Airport - the airport bus stops at the station which is 200yards away. It is an easy walk round to the complex. The cost of the airport bus is £5 for a return ticket (from Edinburgh Airport, if you are coming into Prestwick the train stops at Haymarket). A taxi from the airport costs around £12. Edinburgh Airport is about 8 miles away, about 20 minutes on the bus, in the day time the bus runs every 15 minutes. Haymarket Station is 200m away.
