All linen, bedding and towels is provided. 26" LCD HD ready TV in lounge, also TVs in all rooms, all with Freeview. Radio/CD, board games, cards, DVDs and videos provided. 3 piece leather suite in lounge. Sun lounge. Comprehensive "Essentials Pack" supplied i.e. tea, coffee, bread, milk, washing powder, local free range organic eggs and much more as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. The garden is a typical enclosed cottage garden with a children’s play area with slide and swing. Patio area with table, chairs and barbecue. Rotary clothes airer. Garage for storing bicycles and golf clubs.
