Accessibility
Although the property is on the ground floor there are 3 steps to the front door and due to the building being listed the hall and doorway inside the flat may not be wide enough for a wheelchair. Would be suitable for limited mobility as there are no major stairs to be climbed.

St Andrew's golf course is around one and a half hours drive, many other golf courses within easy reach.
