This holiday house is set in the beautiful East Lothian village of Gullane. The house is finished to a high standard - solid oak floors, modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk away and the first tee at Gullane golf course is situated 400 yards away. The house enjoys a panoramic view of the children's golf course from the 1st floor family room. Sleeps up to eight people with three large attractive and bright twin rooms. The 1st floor family room includes a large double sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms has en suite shower rooms and there is family bathroom and downstairs WC. Modern, fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the dining area. Family sun room with French doors to an enclosed garden with patio seating area and barbecue. Off-street parking.

Bathrooms: The family bathroom has a three piece white suite comprising cistern WC, wash hand basin with mixer tap and bath with mixer tap. A Mira Sport electric shower unit has been installed with glazed screen to side and this area has been tiled for ease of maintenance. There are two large fitted wall mirrors, recessed down lighters, extractor fan, chrome laddered heated towel rail and floor tiling. Two bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms with loos and there is a separate loo downstairs.

Gullane is surrounded by golf. Three Gullane golf courses at one end with Muirfield at the other. Gullane 1 - The most famous of all three Gullane courses. Gullane 2 - Popular with the locals who say it is a more interesting challenge. Gullane 3 - Renowned for having the best greens. An excellent layout means it is a satisfying and fun course to play. The West Links of North Berwick starts and finishes within the town. It is an Open qualifying venue and presents many fine holes - including the famous 15th (Redan) which is one of the most copied golf holes in the world. Dunbar offers a breathtaking layout making it one of the best courses on the East Lothian coast. It is used as an Open qualifier when the championship is being played at Muirfield. Kilspindie Golf Club is the 35th oldest golf club in the world and is a links course that retains its original features. Several holes border the shoreline and each hole enjoys magnificent views.
