Double oak doors leads you through to the superb open plan kitchen with stunning black granite worktops, SMEG fridge/freezer, dishwasher and double sized gas oven, an archway take you through to the large sun room which has windows on all sides giving lovely views over large decking area and hot tub. The kitchen gives access to a great sized utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and ample units and another door takes you to the snooker room.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Four of our bedrooms have link beds which can be either single or super king size.
The master suite has a sofa bed, super king bed and a separate area with cot.
There is also another travel cot which can be used in any room (more can be supplied).
Bathrooms: 2 of the master suites have their own bathrooms.
There is a large family bathroom and downstairs WC.
All bathrooms are fully tiled, have jacuzzi baths with mains showers over them.
Kitchen: Kitchen includes, professional style gas cooker/oven, dishwasher, SMEG fridge/freezer, microwave, toastie machine, toaster and kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, iron board and tumble dyer.
Living Rooms: The main lounge has brown leather sofa (sits 6/7), coffee table, side tables, there is a TV and DVD with full sky package and remote controlled luxury gas fire. The sun room has a seating area overlooking the rear garden/decking area.
Other: Snooker room, large room with two double French doors over looking the gardens, there is a seating area, HiFi and access to rear.

Dining rooms, there is a formal dining room with doors out to the decking area and table and chairs in sun room.

Soft linen is provided and each bed has luxury duvets, pillows and bed toppers. Hairdryers are provided in each room.

The grounds of Cornbank House are fully enclosed making them completely child friendly.

Accessibility
We have wheelchair access at the rear of the property. Please note that all bedrooms and washing facilities are on the first floor.

Outside
The rear garden is fully enclosed with a stunning large decking are with table and chairs and BBQ. There is a 6 Seat hot tub with fibre optics allowing night time use. The hot tub can be accessed from the decking area.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of North Berwick and Gullane can be reached wthin 20 mins by car. Loch Lomond is only 1½ hour's drive.

Golf
There are many golf courses nearby, North Berwick/Gullane are only a 20 min drive, you can find Glencourse golf course in Penicuik and many more in nearby Edinburgh.

Skiing
Europe’s largest outdoor, dry ski slope is just 5 mins drive way. This is open all year round offering snow boarding, cafe, children’s play park etc

Travel
Edinburgh International is the nearest Airport, Glasgow is around 50 miles and Glasgow Prestwick is around 75 miles.

Distances
The property is just 5 min walk to the town centre where you can find restaurants, parks, pubs, shops, children’s indoor play centre, supermarket & post office. Edinburgh City Centre is just 10 mins drive or 45 mins bus journey. There is a brand new health club/spa opened in Penicuik which is only two minutes walk from the house. The house is situated 4 miles from the infamous Roslin Chapel where you can attend a Da Vinci Tour.

Further details
The area is ideally situated for touring the stunning Scottish Borders as well as the Highlands. There are plenty activities to be found form cycling, horse riding, skiing, golf, swimming, spas, shopping, fishing, hill walking and much more. We have many first class restaurants in the area, including the award wining Cringletie House Hotel, Howgate Restaurants and Castle Venlaw.

Sorry no pets. Cornbank House operates a no smoking policy. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Ideal changeover day is Saturday, but we are flexible. Please enquire. Cheque or bank transfer preferred. Pay pal accepted. 50% payable on booking; balance payable 12 weeks before start date. £250 refundable deposit payable in advance at time of booking. Long term winter rentals available. For dates not shown above, please enquire.
