Sleeping six in comfort, two more (usually children) can be accommodated by using the double 'z-bed'. The house is in the centre of the village providing easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Sky digital television, wireless broadband access, are included. Heating is oil fired, cooking is electric again the cost of which is included in the rental. The rear of the house has a BBQ area with seating - the BBQ is supplied. Additionally, the rear area is fenced securely to keep pets and small children enclosed. The front of the house has a conservatory, along with a seating area in the mature garden.

Please depart by 11am on the Saturday. Arrival anytime after 4pm.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 king sized double, en-suite, spa power shower.
Bedroom 2 twin beds.
Bedroom 3 twin beds, groundfloor, opening to front patio area.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with shower.
Bathroom with wc, sink, bath, shower over.
Groundfloor WC.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: TV, DVD player, wireless broadband. The lounge does have a futon chair which can fold out to be an uncomfortable double bed! We recommend the Z-Bed which is stored in the utility room. Off the lounge is the dining room with seating for 6 in comfort.
Other: There is a large landing on the staircase on which there are three beanbags and a large TV for kids to plug playstations or whatever into.

Accessibility
The ground floor twin bedroom is also accessible from patio doors to the front of the property. Whilst it is not specially constructed or adapted for disabled clients, it can be used to solve access problems.

Front conservatory, patio, mature garden stocked with some unusual plants. Enclosed and fenced rear area with a fixed barbeque and outside table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
Approximate distance to the shore is about 15 seconds. It's across the road.

Golf
Lochcarron 9 hole golf course, about a mile away.

Travel
Inverness Airport is about 90 minutes away. Strathcarron Railway station is about 5 minutes away.

Distances
Eilean Donan Castle, about 35 minutes, Inverness about 60 minutes, Fort William about 90 minutes, Plockton 30 minutes, Applecross, about 20 minutes.

Further details
Lochcarron is ideally placed as a base from which to explore the West Coast. Some of the village restaurants are rather good, the local butcher supplies superb meat, the Spar store is open until 7pm during BST, two petrol stations, mountain bike hire, a very active sailing club.
