The property is in the centre of the village. Stunning seaviews and the hills of Cowal peninsula and the Mountains of Argyle as a backdrop. The area is well renowned for outdoor activities in particular sailing, windsurfing, climbing and walking. For serious walkers close to several Monroes, The Cobbler, Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond National Park. The passenger ferry which travels to Helensburgh Gourock arrives at the back door.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, two windows, one overlooking the garden the other overlooking the Pier. It has a shower, bedside tables and lamps.
The second bedroom has a double bed, one window overlooking the Clyde.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a deep roll top bath positioned to take in the views from the window. A wash hand basin and WC. The main bedroom has a shower in it.
Kitchen: The kitchen has fridge/freezer, combination microwave, washing machine, gas hob and multifuel burner. Dining table and chairs. Leather swivel chair. Patio doors overlooking the Firth of Clyde and Loch Long.
Utility Room: Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils.
Living Rooms: The lounge has multifuil burner TV. DVD player. Double sofa bed and chair.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned; towels and linen are changed once a week.

Notes on accommodation
The property is on one level and is very suitable for children.

As the gardens are decked and the property is on one level people with mobility problems are accommodated.

The gardens are extensive there is a patio decking area which has two benches a table and four chairs.

The property is on the beaches of the Firth of Clyde and Loch Long, where there is alot of boating activity, canoeing, water skiing and fishing - all at the back door.

Golf
Loch Lomond golf course and Helensburgh golf courses are 20 minutes away by car. Cardross golf course is 30 minutes away.

Travel
Glasgow airport is 1 hour away by car. Prestwick can be accessed by the ferry and train.

Distances
Helensburgh is 20 minutes by car which is a lovely seaside town, which has Hill House, The Rennie Mackintosh Museum. Lynn Gardens are a 30 minute walk, which has some of the most unusual plants from all over the world.

Further details
There is a post office, butchers, chemist, supermarket, bank, restaurant, pub all at the front door. Cammeron house and Duckbay Marina are about 30 minutes in the car. If you take the ferry to Gourock which is 8 minutes away there is a Pleasure beach.
