Flexible changeover days and length of stay. Arrival between 2-6pm; departure by 10am (unless by prior arrangement, which may incur an extra charge).

50% of rental payable on booking, with balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday. Full rental must be paid if booking is made within 8 weeks of holiday. Payment by cheque or bank transfer (credit/debit card payment available by January 2007). No refunds if holiday is cancelled, unless it can be re-let, in which case £50 admin charge will be made.
