Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturdays, however, depending on the time of year and other bookings, other days may be considered. The cottage is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Clean, quiet and spacious for our family of 5 adults visiting from Ontari, we were there for a week. A short walk took us to a bakery and grocery store, also restaurants and take away are within walking distance. Having the landlord live close by was a plus as he could help out with any questions about the house.

We had a great time here. The house is spacious and situated in a lovely neighbourhood. A perfect base for exploring Scotland. Cities like Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sterling and St. Andrews are not very far away. Edinburgh Airport is only a 15/20 minutes drive. Day trips are easy to make from this place. Especially when you're by (rental) car. There's also a railway station and a bus stop nearby.Supermarkets (some are open 24h) and a variety of restaurants/takeaways are nearby as well. Friendly landlord and lady.
