East coast beaches approx one hour drive away.

Car hire recommended. Edinburgh airport 1 hour drive. Newcastle 2 hour drive.

Distances
Centre of village with 2 restaurants - approx 400 metres.
Melrose 20 min walk over an old suspension bridge over the River Tweed.
