Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beach and beautiful Vilamoura Marina. It is convenient to local restaurants, shops, beaches, medical centre, water sports, walking trails etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and two ensuite bathroom. A very comfortable sitting room and kitchen with all modern appliances. There is also a beautiful balcony to relax and catch some sun. It is fully air conditioned and it has heating also. There is a communal pool. Eden Village is very quiet and peaceful, hidden from the noise of busy Vilamoura but yet within a fifteen minute walk.
Bedroom 1 is a double room with double doors on to a private balcony. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room. The Lounge offers a twin bedded sofa bed.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath/shower/ wc.
There is a bathroom with shower/wc adjacent to bedroom 1
Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.
Iron, ironing board, sweeping brush, clothes line.
Living room has satelite TV, dining table and chairs, double sofa bed, armchair, working fireplace, double doors leading onto the balcony.

Bed linen and towels are included. Towels are changed twice a week. linen is changed weekly and the apartment is cleaned once a week.

The balcony which offers barbeque facilities looks out on the swimming pool jointly shared with the other apartments. This well designed pool area is surrounded with comfortable sun loungers and quite a sun trap for sun worshippers. Also a coffee shop open in July and August.
This apartment is within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Villamoura and the renowned Falesia beach.
This apartment is convenient to Villamoura's famous golf courses i.e. The Old Course, Victoria, Vila Sol, Laguna, Millennium and Pinhall.
Also a short drive away from Quinta Da Lago North, Quinta Do Lago South. Quinta Do Lago Laranjel, Pinheiros Alto, Sao Lorenzo, Vale Do Lobo Ocean, Vale Do Lobo Royal.

How to get there
The nearest airport is Faro approx 25 minute drive from Villamoura. Car hire is optional but not a necessity. Lisbon is a two hour drive away.
It is a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Villamoura. It is close to a number of golf courses, and within walking distance to the marina, supermarkets , beaches and nightlife.
Location Information: Vilamoura is the largest tourist complex in Europe. Situated in Algarve in Southern Portugal. Its focal point is the Marina, one of the largest in Europe, surrounded by a well laid out array of shops. You can find a golf academy and five golf courses, a casino, nightclubs, tennis and diving clubs, a long sandy beach, and dozens of hotels. In the area of Vilamoura lie the interesting Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila, where you can see a complex of baths and mosaics representing a resident fish. On one side of the marina is the Falesia Beach and on the other side are the Marina and Quarteira beaches. Boating, fishing, scuba diving, waterskiing and trips can be arranged from the marina. For golfers, there are 5 golf courses within 15 minute drive. There are several touristic interesting points within a range of 30 min. For gastronomy lovers there are plenty of typical restaurants which we can point out to you, in the surroundings.

About the Owner
We are a Irish family, who have been holidaying in Portugal for years. The Algarve has so much to offer for all ages. The weather also is fantastic. We love to play golf and the selection of golf courses in such a small area is unbeatable. We also play tennis and again we find Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago and Vale Do Lobo , Gale has a Hugh variety of clubs and courts. The beaches are so beautiful and offer such high quality cafe and restaurants. Our children enjoy water sports and there is so much on offer to them, kite surfing, jet skiing, paddle boats, banana boats, they are never bored.
