The bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms with en suite and one twin bedroom. Both double bedrooms lead to terraces.

A comfortably furnished sitting room area with satellite TV with English channels, CD player and DVD and dinning room with patio doors leading to the terraces.

Important notes on accommodation
There is a telephone for local and incoming calls, free internet access so bring your laptop.
All bedrooms are spacious and have views to the garden. We have installed air conditioning this year for those hot days of the summer in the Algarve. Ideal accommodation for families and couples. Lovely rural setting, but within easy reach of places of interest, sports and beaches. Own garden makes it ideal for relaxing, with plenty of space for children to play.

Outside
The outside has a lovely swimming pool, measures 8 x 4 metres (depth 1 - 1.8 metres) and has graduating step entry. There are 3 terraces with table and chairs so make good use of the 2 barbecues available at the villa. The outside has a lovely garden with walkways and lots of shrubs.
Coast/Beach
There are plenty of beautiful beaches on the coast of the Algarve. Silves is located in a prime spot with easy access to all of these. The closest ones are Galé, Armacao de Pera, Carvoeiro, approx 20 mins drive. But from here you can go to various other ones as the villa is accessed by different directions making it easy.
Golf
Silves has its brand new golf course only 10 mins by car from the villa. Also nearby are the highly rated Vale de Pinta and Gramacho courses. The wonderful new course at Alcantarilha 'The Oceanico Amendoeira Faldo Golf Resort' is 5km away. Designed by Nick Faldo with strategic play in mind this 6,604 meters par–72 championship course demands careful positioning to score well. The Oceanico Amendoeira O'Connor Golf Resort is perfectly complementing the Faldo Course, whilst taking advantage of the rich valley soil in contrast to the arid hillside, Christy O'Connor Jnr's course at Amendoeira offers no less of a challenge.
How to get there
We only have one airport on the Algarve and this is located 25 min away from the villa, so a car is essential, also for the wonderful sightseeing you can do whilst on holiday.
Distances
The historic town of Silves is within 15 minutes drive from the villa, which offers a good choice of shops, restaurants and a traditional market. Silves is notes for its XII Century Castle and peaceful Cathedral.
There is plenty of day and evening entertainment for everyone. If you going as a family, couple or group of friends there are plenty of places to go.
There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 mile radius. There is one of the best fish restaurants also in Silves 'Marisqueira Rui'.

Why this location?
The peaceful and lovely setting took my breath when I saw it. The windmills around the villa make it something special.
