Very private villa that sleeps up to 7 adults in 3 double bedrooms and one sofa bed. Private pool and BBQ area. Several golf courses within 30 minute drive. Marinha Beach 5 minute drive.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is en-suite with a king size double bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin beds that can be together is clients require this.
Bathrooms:
One en-suite shower room with bidet, wc etc.
One bathroom with shower, bidet, wc etc.
Kitchen:
Well fitted kitchen, gas/electric hob, electric oven/grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher machine, microwave.
Utility Room:
There is also a small utility room with washing machine, central heating, boiler etc.
Living Rooms:
The living/dining room has a three and a two seater (sofa bed)settee, dining room table and chairs etc. There is a flat screen TV with Satellite, video and DVD.
Other:
There is also a sun terrace.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels and linen are supplied and there is also a maid cleaning service one each week. Towels are changed as and when needed.

About the area
Outside
There are gardens all round the villa with a private swimming pool, fruit trees in the garden, fig, apple, peach and apricot. There is also a small orange and lemon but they have had no fruit as yet.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Marinha Beach and is about 5 minutes drive.
Golf
The two nearest golf courses are Pinta and Gramacho both 10 minute drive with maybe another 10 courses about half an hour or less.
Special Interest Holidays
Several people have commented that the area is very good for a walking holiday. There is also horse riding in the area, close by.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Faron at 40 minutes.
Distances
Lagoa is the nearest village with a sister village of Carvoeiro both about 5 minutes drive.
Further Details
The nearest supermarket is between Lagoa and Carvoeiro with an ATM machine etc. There are loads of restaurants in the area ranging from quite expensive to very cheap. Four restaurants in easy walking distance, two more expensive one reasonable and one very cheap, all very good food. The cheap on is used by the locals, always a good sign.
Booking notes
We prefer Thursday for the changeover day but other arrangements can be made. A deposit of 20% with booking with the rest to be paid one month before arrival.
About the Owner
We are a couple with a grown up family, one daughter married and our first grandchild, another daughter is getting married this year. A grown up son who still likes to get his laundry done weekly.

Why this location?
We were looking for a property that is in a private and quiet area but that is also close to the action. We also wanted to be near golf courses, and we are Pinta and Gramacho are both very close with another half dozen within 20 minutes. We both love the area for its natural beauty and of course the weather.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The villa is very private with trees/hedges all round the garden, giving much needed shade in those long Algarvian summer days. No matter how much you are a sun worshipper there are times when shade is very much needed, without going inside.
