On the red cliffs, overlooking the sea, just a few minutes outside the lovely little town of Lagos. We're happy to welcome you to this beautiful house, with its beautiful surroundings. Situated in the calm and peaceful area of Canavial you'll find yourself above and right between the two wonderful beaches - 'Praia do Canavial' and famous 'Porto do Mos' (with 2 fine resturants), both 2-5 mins reach by foot. The house is surrounded by a big beautiful garden with lawn, lots of flowers, fruit trees and pinoes, has windprotected terrace with pool and breathtaking oceanview. Spectacular roofterrace. If you´re into walking and more beautiful scenery you have, from the house, wonderful walks along the cliffs in both direction. Going left you´ll pass Ponte da Piedade that is known for its amazing cliffs and caves. Going right, or west, a breathtakingly beautiful two hours walk will take you to the next little town - Luz. Several very good golfcourses nearby - closest, Boa Vista, 5 min by car.

Notes on prices
When renting the house for two weeks, we give a 10% reduction of the total price. Our cancellation refunds are as follows: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge, 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks – no refund.

Towels for the house and linen are included and changed once a week. The house is cleaned also once a week. |

Golf
Boa Vista - Beautiful and Popular Golf Course, 5 minutes by car. Palmares - famous Championship Course, 10 minutes by car. Several other very good courses within 20-30 minutes reach by car.

Travel
Faro Airport is 50 minutes by car. Transfer buses are good and fairly cheap. If you are not a golfer, a car in is not needed here, but is at times good to have if you want to, for example go for excursions. Walking down to Lagos will take 15-20 minutes and the closest supermarket is about 10 minutes by foot. There are, of course also local buses and the taxis are not very expensive.
Further details
Lagos has all facilities of a modern town. Lots of shops and restaurants, still with its own genuine character. If you play tennis, the closest courts are 10 minutes by foot.
