Easy to get to all of the Algarves beaches as well as a rural hideaway. Ideally placed for sightseeing to Tavira, Silves and Monchique with good links to main roads.

Notes on accommodation
Very spacious, well equipped, modern villa, with great open living areas. Aircon through out, making the villa comfortable all year round. Large private pool with wide access steps. The downstairs twin room has widened doors for wheel chair access, however the shower room is not specifically adapted for disabled use. The property is set in 3000sq.m of its own grounds. we have a local manager available for pool cleaning and general help to make your stay relaxing.

Accessibility
Parking for 3 vehicles within the grounds. Suitable for disabled access as there is access from the road directly in to the villa with a specific twin room on the ground floor with widened doors and en suite. Please note the shower room however is not adapted specifically to disabled use

Outside
Large patio and pool area set with 3000sq.m of private land. Sun beds, table and chairs provided. South facing. Swimming pool 5 x 10m with lighting. Coloured towels are provided for outdoor use.

Coast/Beach
All beaches between Tavira and Albufeira within 25 minutes drive. Drive to Monte Gordo around 1 hour Drive to Cape St Vincent around 1 hour 30 mins

Golf
15-20 minutes to all Vale de Lobo and Vilamoura courses. Paint Balling and Go Karting at Almancil. Motor Racing at Circuit Algarve near Portimao.

Special interest holidays
Walking and cycling, horse riding.

Travel
20 minutes from Faro airport a car or vehicle is essential.

Distances
Gorjoes village 300m. Loule 5 minutes drive. San Bras Alportel 10 minutes drive. St Barbara de Nexe 5 minutes drive. Albufiera 25 minutes drive.
Villamoura 25 minutes drive. Vale de Lobo 25 minutes drive.

Further details
Many local restaurants within 5 minutes drive of the villa. Supermarkets and Banks in Loule 5 minutes away. Ideal rural location but close to main attractions on Algarve including water parks.
There is a local shop approx 2km from the villa where you may order fresh bread and newspapers, daily.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We built our villa after careful consideration about location. We wanted to be in a quieter location but with quick and easy access to all of the Algarve. We love the relaxed way of life on the Algarve and the variety that a villa in a secluded location in the hills gives us. Our villa faces south so benefits from a lot of sun in the summer. Consequently we have air-conditioning throughout. We find that Vale de Lobo and Vilamoura marina are best visited in the evening so prefer the convenience of a pool side holiday during the day.

Unique benefits of the property
The property is very private with plenty of upstairs sun bathing areas. The kitchen is well equipped but we know not everyone wants to cook when on holiday. The area has lots of bar restaurants with exceptional value food. The famous Luis dos Ferangoes is in San Bras Alportel just over the next hill from us where you can mix with the locals for a great night out. Loule with its famous markets is just 5 minutes away. Here you will find a cosmopolitan town with everything you would expect. A brand new Continente supermarket is on the edge of Loule on the way to our villa where you can get hot food to take away if you land at night time in Faro. Naturally the Algarve is popular among golfers and all of the famous courses are within a 30 minute drive from the villa.
