Fully furnished to a very high standard with all new furnishings & equipment which provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people. Car hire is not essential as everything can be found within the town of Carvoeiro offering plenty of bars, restaurants, chemists, car hire, souvenir shops, food shops & also off-licences. Carvoeiro is located west of Faro international airport which is only a 40 minute drive & 15 minute drive from the Algarve shopping centre. Contact the owner for airport transfers & cheap car.

These rates are based on 2x people sharing in the main bedroom. An additional £25 per week for an additional person staying on the pull out-sofa-bed would be required. The sofa bed sleeps up to 2, with the property sleeping a maximum of 4.
Changeover day
Check-in should be no earlier than 2pm with departure time being no later than 10am during the summer months. If this does not fall within your flight times please contact owner for arrangements which may be made.

Accessibility
As the property is located on the ground floor it is accessible for anyone with mobility problems as there are no stairs to climb.
Outside
The patio is furnished with a table & four chairs which seats 4, great for al-fresco dining at any time day or night or for those lazy days! There is also a shared roof-top-terrace which can be accessed from the stair case at the back of the property and can be used to sunbathe, eat or drink or just sit back, relax and view the panoramic scenery of the golden beaches, bright blue sea, cliff tops and the view of Carvoeiro.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve is renowned for its lovely gorgeous golden beaches and bright blue sea. There are several beaches in Carvoeiro with the main beach being 10 minutes walking distance from the property which also offers a beach bar and many snack bars.
Golf
Carvoeiro offers 3 popular golf courses all within close proximity of each other. There are two 18-hole golf courses at the pestana estate (Gramacho & Vale de Pinta) and a 9-hole course (Vale de Milho) all located in Carvoeiro. Also several other courses which are 20-30 minutes drive from Carvoeiro.
Travel
Car hire is not essential, as there are plenty of airport transfers from the airport, including taxis, buses and also a very cheap airport transfer shuttle bus (if the airport transfer is required please contact the owner for additional information and rates).
Alternatively there are plenty of car hire companies at the airport. However, it is highly recommended to pre-book car hire to get it at discounted rates (if car hire is required please contact the owner for cheap car hire rentals)

Fly to Faro international airport - the apartment is just a 40 minute drive (50km) from the airport. Cheap flights are available from Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways, Jet2, Bmi, Flybe & many more depending on your departure location!
Car hire is available at great discounted rates all year round - please 'contact me' for further information. There are regular transfer shuttle buses available all year round from the airport straight to the apartment, (usually around 15 Euro per person return! ) - please enquire.
Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover for their holiday.
This apartment operates a non smoking policy inside, however, you may do so outside & distinguish cigarettes appropriately.
Booking notes
A £150 deposit will be required immediately after requesting your holiday dates for any damage or breakages which may occur. The deposit will be refunded within a week after full inspection of any breakages and/or any minor/major damages to any furniture, equipment or to the actual property itself.
Full booking payment must be paid promptly within 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking after the 8 week period then full amount will be required.
It is also possible to pay for additional days.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I lived in Carvoeiro for over 2 years a few years ago. I fell in love with the place which is why I decided to invest in a property over there & rent it out to share the experience! Everything which you will require is there, whether it be, shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, banks, car hire, taxis. The town is small enough to have everything in it but not too big for it being over crowded. There are some beautiful beaches near-by a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than an hours drive away.

The property is just five minutes walk from the fabulous beach's. The apartment is provided with beach towels and umbrellas so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Golf Course & Water parks.
