A very private but not secluded 4 bedroom (all en-suite) villa surrounded by beautiful gardens with a private 10x5m infinity swimming pool with uninterrupted views of the surrounding area only 20 minutes from faro airport. Situated in Fonte Da Murta, on the outskirts of the village of Corotelo only a 5 minute walk away. Set back from the road and reached via a private gated driveway with parking for 3 cars. There are 5 sun terraces with ample shaded areas for the hotter days. The outdoor dining area is covered and conveniently situated outside the kitchen door. The villa is only 5 minutes drive from the town of Sao Bras De Alportel, where all amenities are located. The beautiful town of Loule only 10 minutes away which hosts the farmers and fish market every Saturday. Beaches and golf courses of Val de Lobo area only 20 minutes by car, children’s fun and water parks only 30 minutes by car. All beaches and golf courses in the Algarve can be easily reached by car.

Notes on accommodation
All the living areas overlook the front sun terraces and pool allowing easy supervision of young children. Windows have integrated mosquito screens. Water is supplied via mains and gas is supplied via gas bottles located in external store. All bedrooms have en suites with air-conditioning and fans.

Accessibility
The villa is on one level with 3 internal steps to the bedroom areas. Set on a hillside with stunning views the villa is easily accessible but may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Local amenities are a short walk away but a hired car is recommended to enjoy the surrounding area.

Outside
Infinity 10x5m pool with breathtaking views and built in barbeque area ample sunbeds. Large covered terrace from kitchen with outside dining seating for 8 people. Outside terraces from 3 of the bedrooms overlooking the garden. There are a number of additional seated areas throughout the garden. The garden itself has many fruit trees and beautiful flowers with stunning views overlooking the valley. Parking for 3 cars.

Coast/Beach
All the main beaches in Central Algarve are 20 - 30 minutes drive.

Golf
20 minute drive from the internationally renowned golf courses at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Travel
International airport at Faro is 20 minute drive away and Seville and Lisbon 2.5 hours drive. Car hire is advisable.

Distances
There is a small shop and cafe/bar within 5 minutes walk of villa. The village of Borderia offers local restaurants 5 mins drive away. The towns of Loule and San Bras are 10 minute drive offering ample choice of restaurants and bars.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to book the villa. The balance is due 7 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or UK cheque. Security deposit of £200 to be paid with balance. Refunded immediately on property being checked by maids. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund. Security Deposit refunded in full.

My Husband and I run a busy business at home in the UK, and with our hectic work schedule our holiday time and relaxation time are very important to us. We also like to holiday with family and friends and who can think of a better way than relaxing in the sun with stunning views and enjoying the beauty of Portugal.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Having spent holidays at my brothers house for several years in the nearby village of Borderia we started to look for the perfect home for us in the nearby villages. The location we speciafically wanted had to be near the lovely town of Loule and the town of Sae Bras with its many facilities. One of the features we would not comprimise was that we wanted a home with a stunning view and we have certailly found this at Casa Vista de Serra.
