Changeover day
Changeover day: we can be flexible due to flights prices! Check-in after 5pm. Check-out before 10am. Each extra hour in the property before and after these times will have a charge of £30 per hour.

On the departure, you shall leave the gardens and the interior of the villa clean and tidy, as they were on your arrival. If the villa is not in the same condition as it was on the day of check-in, you may lose part of the security deposit.

A delightful fishing town 30 mins drive from the capital, is grabbing the attention of those who want to be away from the massive crowds. Ericeira is still authentic, its centre with cafes and restaurants where sardines sizzle on charcoal grills. This beautiful town is famous for its clean beaches, located where the high cliffs of the rocky coast meet the Atlantic Ocean. The west-facing shoreline is safe for swimming. Surfing is the dominant sport and sunbathing is the most popular activity of tourists who come from all over the world.
However, Ericeira offers a lot more besides surfing to those interested in sport: body-boarding, windsurfing, fishing, diving, sailing, jet-skiing, water-skiing and beach-volley are some of the activities you can enjoy at the beaches or in the sea.
In addition, the modern facilities of the Municipal Gymnasium and the Santa Marta Park offer even more sporting options. Also, you can discover the beautiful landscape on a mountain bike or by just walking around. This is why Ericeira has recently been voted the town with the best quality of life in Portugal.
Booking notes
To book the villa, we require 30% (non refundable) of the total rent. The remaining 70% is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with the security deposit (£75 per person). This deposit is to be paid back in full, 1 week after the departure, if the villa is clean and if nothing has been damaged in the property. We cannot guarantee the immediate repairing of damages caused. Late bookings (less than 1 month before the arrival) will pay 100%. All transactions will be done by bank transfer.
