Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. Generally arrivals after 2.00pm and departures by 10.30am to permit cleaning and linen change.

Bath towels and bedlinens are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Maid cleaning service and linen change each week. Additional maid service available on request. |
Notes on accommodation
Villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating. There is off-street parking available in the driveway at the front of the villa. TV and DVD player for use of guests. Baby cot and highchair are available for hire. Guests are requested not to smoke inside the villa and no pets are allowed.

Sun beds and parasols are provided free of charge at the pool area and security swipe cards are provided for free access to all the facilities. Internet access available at reception.
Coast/Beach
5km to beautiful beaches of Praia do Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Praia do Vau. The Western Algarve has a magnificent coast line, featuring spectacular scenery and endless sandy beaches. There are scenic walks, bicycle trails and boating within 5km. Horse riding nearby at Penina and Vale de Ferro. Scenic & pleasure flights at nearby aerodrome. In Alvor and Portimao you will find deep sea fishing, boating and water sports.
Golf
Ideally located near some fantastic golf courses: Penina 5 mins, Alto Golf 5 mins, Golfe do Morgado 10 mins, Palmares 10 mins, Boa Vista 15 mins, Vale da Pinta and Gramacho 15 mins. The Boa Vista resort is a sister development and residents of Oasis Parque can avail of discounted green fees.
Travel
40 mins drive from Faro Airport. Lisbon 2.5 hours drive.
Distances
Location central to all amenities. Retail park and supermarket within 1km. Good local restaurants within walking distance that provide excellent dishes at reasonable prices. Portimao 4km, Alvor 5km, Praia da Rocha 5km. On bus route with regular bus service into Portimao and Alvor. Aqualand and Zoomarine are within 20 mins drive. Horse riding within 3km at Penina. 2.5km to aerodrome for scenic flights. 10km to new Formula 1 Autodrome.

This is a quiet, exclusive, residential area, with excellent facilities and great local restaurants nearby. The development is constantly maintained to a very high standard throughout the year with beautiful gardens containing bougainvilleas and palm trees. The central location and the high quality amenities makes this an ideal location for either adult golfing parties or family groups. The year round sporting and cultural activities in Portimao, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and proximity to great golf courses, makes this an ideal location for a holiday in either winter or summer months.

25% deposit required to secure booking, with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival, along with a returnable breakage deposit of 200 euros (£150). Payment accepted: Personal cheque or bank wire transfer.
