Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 5th/6th person sharing £25 per person/week extra. 10% discount for bookings made within 6 weeks of departure date.
Shorter lets may be considered between existing bookings.
Long Winter lets - £550 per 4 weeks do your own laundry (then £130/week do own laundry) - November to March, maid service 1-2x/week, prices include reasonable use of electricity and water.

Outside
Windmill Hill is a low rise spacious complex, consisting of only 91 units. Set in beautiful landscaped garden the swimming pool with children’s section is positioned alongside the restored windmill and overlooks Albufeira old town and the magnificent coastline. There are plenty of sunbeds and sunshades available around the pool as well as large grassy areas. A snack bar is available during the summer months, there ia a tennis court (equipment available for hire from reception), mini football pitch and plenty of free parking for guests. A computer with internet access is available at reception (1 euros for 15 mins). The apartment is at the end of a small block of only six apartments and has its own private large sunny terrace with BBQ, dining for 6 people and sun loungers. There is also a clothes line and pegs (as well as a clothes maiden inside the apartment which can be used inside or out).
Coast/Beach
The lovely town beach with its golden sand is only five minutes walk away. A longer walk along this beach and over the cliff tops will bring you to more secluded coves and beaches. Within a short drive there are numerous other beaches varying from the sandy coves at Sao Rafael to the long stretches of golden sand at Gale, Praia Grande (near Pera) and Falesia.
Golf
Albufiera is situated close to 3 main courses, Salgados, Balaia and Sheraton Pine Cliffs all within 5 -10minutes drive. There are many other golf courses within a short drive as well as golf shops, academies and driving ranges.
Travel
Windmill Hill is only 35 mins drive from Faro airport, there are many car hire companies to chose from. Taxi's are available at the airport or taxi transfers can be organised by our management company (35 euros each way for up to 4 people, 50 euros for up to 6 people) who can also help organise boat trips and excursions (office 5 minutes walk).
Distances
Walking Downhill - Beach and supermarket 5 mins. Old town centre (square & restaurants) 10 mins. Nearest bars & restaurants 2 mins. Marina (boat trips) 10-15 mins. Regular bus services are available. Driving - The lively 'strip' area (shops, bars & discos) 5min drive (taxi 4-5€), approx ½ hour walk or take the tourist train from old town centre. In car - Golf 5-10mins; Water Park 15mins (buses available); Shopping complexes 10-15 mins; Lisbon 2½ hours or direct train from Albufeira station.

Albufeira is one of the Algarve’s most popular resorts that retain its Portuguese character. The pretty historic old town has cobbled streets lined with whitewashed houses, restaurants and shops, the central square has acts / entertainment during the summer. Our management company (office 5 mins walk) are available to help you with any queries, booking trips, airport transfers etc.
