Casa Mocho was originally a 4 walled ruin, which has been lovingly restored and extended to include lounge, dining room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, utility room. The property also has a separate guest house which includes lounge/kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. The pool is 12x6m heated with solar power. Surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens. This house is totally private and secluded.

Extra cleaning is available at a charge of 30 euros. Additional change of linen/towels at a charge of 20 euros.
Changeover day
Changeover day Thursday. Arrival after 4pm, departure 10.30am.

There are many beaches only 15 minutes drive. Faro beach being the nearest location.

Most of Algarves premier courses are only 30 minutes away, and local courses 15 - 20 minutes.

Faro airport 15 mins. Car hire is essential.

Tavira 20 mins drive. Olhao 15 mins drive. Faro Town 15 mins drive. Estoi 5 mins drive. Sao Bras Alportel 10 mins drive.

Nearest supermarket and daily market is in Sao Bras. Olhao has a very good daily market for vegetables, meat and fish Tavira also has a very good daily market for vegetables, meat and fish.

About the owner
We live in the beautiful town of Dartmouth in Devon, where we run a small 5 star B&B.
When we are not cooking breakfasts, we like to visit our house Casa Mocho, and totally chill out.
Our daughters & 5 grandchildren absoulutely love holidaying at the house, and Henry says it is his favourite place in the world.
Our house is equipped as a family home and not just a holiday home, and we hope you will find it as relaxing as we do, with all the home comforts.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We totally fell in love with this house, which was owned by a friend of ours.
It appealed to us because of the beautiful gardens and quiet location, away from the main tourists areas.
We have 2 neighbouring villas, however we are completely private and not overlooked.
Unique benefits of the property
Although situated in the countryside, we are only 15 minutes drive from Faro airport, and approx the same distance from the beaches/golf clubs.
