Built in the classical 'quinta' style but on two floors with a total covered area of just under 400 m2. It is set in approximately 5000 m2 of land affording the most magnificient views of the surrounding countryside. All four entertaining areas have french doors leading out on to spacious terraces.

Outside
Very large terraces with BBQ and various dining areas (both covered and open) surround the house. The pool (12x5 metres) is set in it's own terrace where there are sunbeds and other seating.
Coast/Beach
The coastal resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta da Lago and Vilamoura are approximately 30 minutes drive from the house as are the famously sweeping beaches.
Travel
A car is essential as the nearest public transport is 3km away in Loule. Nearest airport is Faro (20 minutes drive).
Distances
The popular market town of Loule, 3 km from the house, can provide everything one needs, from excellent supermarkets and superb butchers, to banks and blacksmiths. A bustling lively town with a great Saturday morning market.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit secures the booking which is made directly to the owner with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A further €750 breakage deposit made on arrival which, in the event of nil damages will be returned on departure.
Cancellation charges: Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund.
