Notes on prices
Payment is also accepted in Euros. Additional days or periods of less than one week are calculated pro-rata. The rental includes provision of bedlinen and bathroom & kitchen towels, electricity, gas, mains water, twice-weekly maid service and a welcome pack of provisions on arrival. For bookings of one week or more transfer from Faro Airport to the apartment on arrival is available at no extra charge. Special rates for long winter lets. Please contact the owner for details.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Access on arrival is at 4.00 pm. and guests are required to vacate the apartment by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Bedlinen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels twice a week. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned at changeover. The maid will call every 3-4 days to clean as necessary and change the towels. |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor. Access is by steps from the car park.
Outside
South-west facing balcony with table and four chairs. Overlooks extensive gardens with large shared pool, a separate children's pool and water features. Snack bar, changing facilities, sunbeds and sun umbrellas available. Private secure parking with remote control access. The resort is covered by CCTV for added security.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches at Albufeira and Sao Rafael are a 10 minute walk away. Galé beaches are a 10 minute drive away. A frequent bus service runs between the Resort and Albufeira beaches and town centre.
Golf
Salgados Golf Course is a 10 minute drive away and the courses at Vilamoura are 20 minutes' drive away.
Travel
Faro airport is c.40 kms away (about 35 minutes' drive). A car is not essential as there is a regular bus service between the Marina and Albufeira Town, and taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.
Distances
Albufeira Old Town is 15 minutes' walk. Algarve Shopping with its multitude of shops and restaurants is 10 minutes' away by car. Zoomarine, Aqualand and Splash & Slide are within 20 minutes' drive.
Further details
The resort has a library/reading room with internet access, and a TV lounge with large plasma screen. Local shops (within 5 minutes' walk) include a minimart, newsagent, off-licence and a number of bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina. There a number of local attractions including sailing, boat charter, paragliding, jet ski hire, waterparks, zoos and krazygolf within easy reach.
Booking notes
Please book by email or phone direct with the owner. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit, with the balance payable six weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment in full is required for bookings made at less than six weeks notice. Payments can be made by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros. A welcome pack of provisions is provided free on arrival, but additional shopping can be arranged with the owner for late arrivals.
