This attractive property which is ideal for families and groups up to 8 people, is situated on the side of a hill in a private lane and has delightful panoramic southerly views. It is located within walking distance of a large supermarket, and the nearby town has a daily indoor market where fresh fish, fruit and vegetables can be purchased. The town also has many inexpensive restaurants including the famous 'Chicken Luis DOS Frango'.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed & bedroom 2 with twin beds are both on the first floor of the property. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor, has twin beds and is en suite. Bedroom 4 is on the top floor off the sun terrace and is a twin bedroom with en suite. |

There is a comfortable patio with outdoor furniture adjoining the pool, with a secluded area if required for privacy.
Coast/Beach
The Villa is 9 miles inland, Faro beach is about 20 minutes by car, but there are many others beaches within reasonable traveling distance.
Golf
There is a small golf course near Moncarapacho which is about 20 minutes away. Benamor and Castro Marim golf courses are approximately 30 minute drive. Further information can be found at this web address: algarvegolf.net.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro - 20 minutes by car. (see above)
We recommend that the hiring of a car is useful, although not essential, and there are many local car agents that can provide this. We would be happy to advise you of several local companies.

Booking notes
Initial contact by phone. Deposit of £100 for each week booked (ie a 2 week booking requires a £200 deposit) to be sent by mail, with balance due 8 weeks before holiday is to commence.
