Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday, but this may be flexible. Check out time is 10am and check in time is 2pm, depending on other bookings this may be flexible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has double bed with en-suite bathroom, balcony to front of property & air-conditioning. Bedroom two has twin beds with French windows to balcony area, and air-conditioning. Bedroom three has twin beds with en-suite shower room on ground floor.
Bathrooms: The en-suite bathroom to bedroom one has bath with shower attachment, free standing shower, wc and bidet. Family bathroom has shower over the bath, wc, bidet. Bedroom 3 has en-suite shower room with shower & WC.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils.
Utility Room: In the laundry room there is a washer dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.
Living Rooms: Comfortable sofa, and armchair, dining table with six chairs, coffee table with lamp. Large TV with DVD player, satellite TV, air-conditioning.
Other: To the front and rear of the property there is a paved area perfect for Al fresco dining, outside table & chairs are provided. There are also sunbeds and large umbrellas to provide shade. Parking within the secure condominium accessed via electric gates.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for restricted mobility, there is a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.

Outside
The pool is 6 x 3m and has a waterfall feature, it can be heated (at additional cost) Comfortable sunbeds and large umbrellas are available on the pool terrace. Outside furniture is also provided for alfresco dining.
The pool is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

Coast/Beach
The safe and sandy bay of Luz is a five minute drive form the house, there are numerous other stunning beaches at Burgau 5-10 minutes drive and the famous Meia Praia with its 4km stretch of golden sand is 10 minutes away.

Golf
Espiche golf course is 5 minutes drive away (opening October 2011). Boa Vista & Parque de Floresta both top class courses are within 5-10 minutes drive. Preferential green fees can be arranged at some of the courses, we can also arrange club hire, with clubs being delivered to your accommodation.

Special interest holidays
There are a number of activities with easy reach, including dolphin watching, Grotto trips, water parks and numerous water sports.

Travel
Faro airport is approx 50km and is easily accessible via the motorway virtually all the way. Car hire is recommended for ease of reaching the resort and exploring the area. Taxi transfers are approx 90 euro's from the airport. A number of airlines fly direct to Faro, including, Easyjet, BA & Ryanair from Stansted, Gatwick and City airport.

Distances
Luz is situated 5km away on the coast, the nearest town is Lagos approx 10 minute drive.

Further details
Within walking distance there are a number of bars, cafe's, restaurants and mini-markets. In Luz you will find the post office and bank.

Booking notes
A booking can be made via email of telephone, a deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
A damage deposit of 200 euros is required via cash in resort on arrival or credit card prior to departure. ( 2.5% charge for credit card bookings)
No smoking in the property.
