Luxury 3rd floor private apartment with communal pool, garden area and parking. 1 bedroom with two twin beds and two high quality sofa beds in the sittingroom. Sky Freeview TV, Portuguese TV and DVD with a large selection of DVD's provided. Books are also provided with some cards and board games. Apartment is wheelchair accessible and there are 2 lifts. Sleeps 2/4. 5 minutes stroll to the beach., restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Located on small quiet development. Plenty of Parking and friendly Portuguese owned coffee shop serving light meals, fresh bread and pastries accross the road. There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive and its 15 minutes drive to resorts of Carvoeiro and Albufeira.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. 10% discount for stays longer than 2 weeks. Watch out for occasional discounts! Returning clients will receive a 10% discount on their holiday of 1 week or more. July & August are exempt from this offer. A 30% deposit is required on booking, and the full balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings within 4 weeks, payment is due in full. A security deposit of 200 euros is required with the final payment which will be returned after inspection, provided no damage has occurred. Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 12pm but where possible these times can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
All linens and towels are provided for your stay but please bring your own beach towel. Sunbeds are provided by the pool for guest use but they are on a first come first served basis. Umberella & holder is available in the apartment and can be brought down to the pool area. This is a non smoking apartment and we ask that you have consideration for other guest and their children by not smoking. Smokers are however welcome to smoke on the balcony with the patio doors closed once they dispose of their cigarettes safely.

Location Information: Faro Airport is 30 minute drive. Carvoeiro and Albufeira, both lively resorts are 15 minutes drive. Villamoura a lively resort with a large marina and exclusive golf courses is 20 minutes away. Four other golf courses can be easily reached within 15 minutes. Zoomarine is 5 minute drive, Aqualand is 10 minute drive and Algarve Shopping Centre is a 10 minute drive away. It is a large shopping centre with cinema (in English) and bowling. The long sandy beach of Armacao de Pera is a short 5 minute stroll from the apartment.
