A delightful 4 bedroom villa, full of charm and character located in a quiet area but close to the small town of Carvoeiro and many beaches. The villa is extremely well maintained and has recently been completely repainted inside and outside. The private pool (5 x 9m) area is offset from the villa and is surrounded by an attractive terrace with a shower and built-in barbecue at one end. To one side is a pergola for shade during the hot summer months and table and chairs for outside dining. The pool has a chute for the enjoyment of both children and adults!

Notes on prices
Please contact owner for rental prices for, 1st October, 2011 until 23rd March 2012, and 03rd November, 2012 until 30th March, 2013. During the high and peak season, the rental of the villa is usually per week. The rental can be paid in either UK Pounds or Euros. Rental prices for three weeks and longer available on request.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Thursday or Saturday in mid and high season and can be variable at other times of the year.

Distances
The large village of Carvoeiro is no more than 5 minutes by car from the villa. Carvoeiro is an old fishing village which has grown extensively over the years, but still has charm and character with plenty of shops, bars and outdoor activities available.
Booking notes
Replies to inquiries follow within 24 hours. On confirmation of booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
